Technical Warranty
Backed by Motus Aftermarket Parts
WARRANTY — Stock that is deemed to be faulty and can no longer be used or sold per the criteria below: (1) product has been used or fitted by a qualified technician or accredited workshop and is deemed to be faulty; (2) fitment complies with the manufacturer's standards and specifications.
Please note:
Motus Aftermarket Parts warrants product quality and manufacture free of defects under normal use for 12 months or 100,000 km — whichever occurs first.
Where manufacturer-specified replacement intervals are shorter than 12 months / 100,000 km, the warranty adjusts to that shorter interval.
On any product failure, Motus Aftermarket Parts may examine the failed part and related components (including lubricants and fluids) to determine root cause.
If our technical department confirms the failure is due to a material or manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund the failed component in line with CPA terms.
Warranty does not apply to products altered, modified, inadequately serviced, poorly maintained, abused, misused or incorrectly installed.
Products bought out from other distributors fall under those distributors' own warranties.
